RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Order Confirmation & Acceptance of Policy

By placing an order on the Miss Gigi website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Return & Refund Policy.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that:

  • You have reviewed and accepted the return conditions and applicable timeframes.

  • You agree to follow the return procedure described below.

  • In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback, this policy and all related order documentation may be submitted as supporting evidence.


1. Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

  • The product must be in its original condition and packaging.

  • Only standard inspection and careful handling may have occurred.

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we aim to process it within 7 business days.

Miss Gigi reserves the right to refuse a return if the item shows signs of wear, damage, improper use, or handling beyond normal inspection.


2. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return:

  1. Email us at info@miss-gigi.com within 30 days of delivery.

  2. Include the following information:

    • Order number

    • Full name and shipping address

    • Reason for return

    • Photos (if the item is damaged or defective)

Please wait for confirmation and detailed return instructions before shipping your item.

Returns sent without prior approval may be declined.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping proof of shipment until your return has been finalized.


3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 2 days of delivery at info@miss-gigi.com.

Kindly provide:

  • Your order number

  • A brief explanation of the issue

  • Clear photos or a short video showing the defect

After review, we may:

  • Offer a replacement (subject to availability), or

  • Provide an appropriate solution depending on the circumstances

In some cases, a return of the defective item may not be required.

Approved replacements are typically processed within 7–14 business days.


4. Lost, Refused, or Unclaimed Packages

If your parcel appears to be lost in transit, please contact us with your order number and tracking details. We will work with the shipping provider to investigate and determine an appropriate resolution.

If a package is:

  • Refused upon delivery

  • Left unclaimed

  • Returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer

Administrative and return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.

Miss Gigi is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs procedures, or incorrect address information provided at checkout.


5. Order Cancellations

You may request cancellation of your order before it has been shipped by contacting info@miss-gigi.com as soon as possible.

Please note:

  • Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be stopped.

  • If the order has already shipped, you may initiate a return after delivery in accordance with this policy.

  • Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.


6. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you experience any issue with your order, we encourage you to contact us directly so we can resolve the matter promptly and fairly.

In the case of a chargeback or payment dispute, Miss Gigi reserves the right to submit supporting documentation to the payment provider, including:

  • Order confirmation

  • Shipment tracking information

  • Communication records

Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may delay resolution.


7. Important Information

  • Returns are not automatically free unless explicitly stated.

  • Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable unless required by law.

  • Items returned in unsanitary or heavily used condition will not be accepted.

  • Returns must follow the instructions provided by our support team.
