At Michael & Laura Toronto, customer satisfaction is very important to us. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the conditions outlined below.

1. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

A return request may only be submitted after you have physically received the item.

Return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer, including international shipping fees, customs duties, and any import charges.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

All original tags, labels, and packaging must remain attached and intact.

Trying on items is permitted; wearing them beyond fitting is not allowed.

Orders placed in multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order are not permitted and may be refused.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with these conditions.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Step 1:
Email us at info@michaellauratoronto.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Step 2:
After approval, you will receive detailed return instructions, including the return address of our fulfillment partner.
Step 3:
Ship the item back at your own expense. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, including customs clearance fees if applicable.
Step 4:
We strongly recommend using a shipping method with Track & Trace. We are not responsible for returns that are lost in transit.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
3. Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable

4. Liability

Michael & Laura Toronto is not responsible for lost packages if tracking confirms delivery to the address provided by the customer.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

Address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, we cannot guarantee changes.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or force majeure events.
